GroupM & OMG

At a pioneering tech startup, I forged pivotal partnerships with the UK's two largest Media Holding Companies, enabling the sale of AdTech solutions to leading Media agencies and brands, and securing Preferred Supplier status.

The Objectives

  • I was tasked with winning partnerships with the UK's largest Media Holding Companies on behalf of a dynamic Technology start-up. The agency-first approach was crucial in facilitating the sale of AdTech solutions to top Media agencies and their extensive portfolios of brands. 

  • The mission included winning campaigns, enhancing the company's credibility, and diligently negotiating partnership agreements to underpin enduring business relationships. 

The Solution

  • Armed with a portfolio of case studies, I proactively networked across both GroupM and Omnicom agencies, leveraging valuable contacts to secure introductions to key accounts within Wavemaker, Mediacom, PHD, OMD, and OmniGov. 

  • My strategy would commence by providing Managed Service solutions, grasping an in-depth understanding of the agencies' media and operational needs, followed by strategically introducing SaaS products to drive AdTech adoption.

  • In tandem with my Head of Sales, we leveraged the successes of the media campaigns we delivered to approach investment leads at GroupM and Omnicom, persuading them to endorse partnership agreements and actively bolster our presence across their agency networks.

  • Secured the highly coveted Preferred Supplier status for GroupM. 

  • Notably clinched several high-profile accounts across Omnicom.

  • Developed a suite of credited innovative AdTech products and Moment Marketing solutions which generated additional revenue streams.
